The COUGAR is an urban softshell designed for plainclothes services. Its Shark Skin fabric is windproof and water-repellent, with a four-way stretch that does not restrict movement. Three hidden identification panels, two in the front and one large one in the back, deploy when identification is required and disappear the rest of the time; two blank velcro panels are provided for embroidery. The Quick Side Access system opens the side with a dedicated zipper to access a belt-mounted weapon without opening the jacket.
