3-D Secure

All PayPal transactions and web pages are secured with HTTPS protocol and 128-bit encryption.

3D Secure is an interbank protocol, developed by the two bank card networks Visa and MasterCard to authenticate cardholders with each payment.

Visa/Mastercard used with PayPal

PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data transmitted between your computer and their systems using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and a 128-bit encryption key (the highest level currently available). Even before you register or log in to the PayPal website, our server verifies that you are using an approved browser (using SSL 3.0 or later).

You also have the option to pay by bank transfer and in 3 installments by credit card; checks are no longer accepted.
