Returns

- In accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties except, where applicable, for return costs.

The fourteen-day period begins from the date of receipt of the items

1/ All items must be returned in their original packaging (box, plastic, label) in new condition. Otherwise, the product cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2/ Request an RMA # directly in your account by choosing the product concerned.

3/ All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number or they will not be accepted.

4/ Include a copy of your invoice.

- Once your return has been received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping is free if the product(s) have a manufacturing defect or if we made an error in the item description, such as size or color. Otherwise, the return shipping is at your expense, and the fee below will apply. You can always send your product with your own carrier.

- The item is your responsibility; we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.

- International Returns: Please note that we are located in Europe, and all international returns may be subject to customs duties. All charges are your responsibility. If any charges are applied, we will contact you beforehand. If you agree to the charges, they will be deducted from your initial refund; otherwise, we will refuse the package.

- Return costs vary depending on the starting point and the weight of the package; the table above represents the most common costs, which may differ from the final return cost.
