Simple hammock
Single Hammock
The single-person hammock, the lightest and quickest to set up: two straps, two trees, a few seconds.
It is the ideal format for naps and lightweight bivouacs. To sleep in it for a full night, the setup matters as much as the hammock: slack suspension, sleeping diagonally, and insulation under your back, because a compressed sleeping bag no longer protects from underneath.
