- All items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, plus the delivery time below.

- 48-hour delivery: Your order must be validated before 6 p.m. *
*Delivery time depends heavily on local delivery companies.
2/ CUSTOMER ADDRESS (Very important)
- Make sure that the delivery address you provided to your PayPal account is 100% correct.
- In accordance with PayPal policy, we are only authorized to ship to the address listed in your PayPal account.
- If you provide an incorrect or outdated address and the package ends up being returned to us, you will be responsible, and the reshipment will be at your expense.
- An incorrect address would not be our fault, we simply copy the address you provide.
- If the package is lost, damaged or stolen during delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
- If your package is returned to us because you did not collect your order from the post office or customs within the allotted time, you will be held responsible.
In the event of a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, and the reshipping costs will remain your responsibility if you wish to have the item sent again.
- We simply fill out the forms with the address you provide.
3/ SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package; here is a table of the costs most often observed; they may differ from the final shipping cost.

4/ FREE SHIPPING
- Shipping is free for orders over €99 excluding shipping costs, for France.
- Shipping is free for orders over €149 excluding shipping costs, for Europe.
Free shipping is only available for mainland France and only with our partners Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop2shop. Some products may not meet Mondial Relay's requirements and therefore may not be available, in which case free shipping will not be possible.
- All products sent from our foreign warehouses (England and United States) are not included in the offer.
4/ CARRIER
- Many carriers will be offered to you such as Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL etc ... All offer tracking except for Priority Letter which does not have tracking.
Priority mail without tracking is only available for products measuring 3 cm or less in height. Priority mail without tracking is the cheapest shipping option but offers no insurance. If your order is lost or damaged, no recourse is possible and no refund will be issued.
