The Takibi Hearth Skewers is an option for the Pack & Carry Fireplace L or the Takibi Fire & Grill: it allows for traditional Japanese “Seien” grilling.

Seien

Food is skewered and grilled slowly over the coals: excess fat and water drain away, and the flavors become more concentrated. The angle of the skewers controls the cooking, and the stand can be turned over for even grilling.
