The 139 g/m² coated nylon offers increased resistance to sparks and brief contact with flame, which reduces the risk of waking up to a hole. This sentence should be taken literally: the fabric is not fireproof, and prolonged exposure to fire will damage it. Otherwise, it is a serious shelter: 2.53 m by 2 m, 19 reinforced anchor points, taped seams, compression straps for packing, and a bag that accommodates the tarp even when wet.
