Z-Tactical
Z-Tactical PTT Motorola 1-Pin Connector
The button sits between the radio and the headset. That is the entire function of a remote PTT, and it is what allows you to keep the radio stowed away.
How it works
Push to talk: the radio transmits as long as the button is held down, and switches back to listening mode as soon as it is released. No toggle, no modes to memorize.
For which radios
Version with a single-pin Motorola connector. The manufacturer advertises it for Motorola Talkabout radios, or any other device featuring the same connector and polarity.
This last point is important: two jacks can look identical and have reversed polarity, in which case nothing will work. Check your radio before ordering.
Where it goes
It connects between the radio and the headset or earpiece. Once in place, the radio can remain at the bottom of a pocket throughout the game.
Compatible with Z-Tactical earpieces and headsets.
