Flexible support for items the size of a rifle magazine, tourniquet, or band. It is made of flat elastic, meaning it adapts to the shape of the item carried rather than imposing it. The panel can be attached to many places on a plate carrier: inside the vest with hook-and-loop fasteners, under the flap or on its side, to the plate pocket closure, or to any belt lined with hook-and-loop fasteners. It can be oriented to the left or right by reversing the direction of the lower strap. The equipment is held in place by an elastic cord with a non-slip grip. Thirty-six grams.
