SwitchBack Backup Universal
The SwitchBack Backup mounts between the tailcap and the body of the flashlight. The ring can be used with both handguns and long guns, and allows for the quick deployment of the light in many other situations: climbing, mechanical work, around the house, or for self-defense.
Designed in collaboration with Chris Costa of Costa Ludus.
Thanks to the rigid retention ring, the light is extracted and placed in the hand securely, whether from a pocket or a holster.

- Shooting with a natural two-handed grip (the SwitchBack technique)
- Compatible with all classic low-light techniques: Neck Index, Modified FBI, Harries
- The flashlight remains in hand during weapon deployment, reloading, and clearing malfunctions.
Compatible with SureFire Backup flashlights with momentary-on tailcaps (without click on/off).
Not suitable for click on/off tailcaps: there is a SwitchBack Backup Click version for those.
