The PyroVault 2.0 case accepts a wider range of lighter inserts than the original PyroVault.

• Compatibility: Zippo single torch, double torch, and yellow flame butane lighters are all compatible with the PyroVault 2.0. As an authorized Zippo retailer, we offer them at a discounted price* with the purchase of your PyroVault 2.0 Armor Lighter. The Zippo Classic Thyrm lighter, custom-made with the Thyrm logo on a personalized black steel case, is also compatible and available here. Simply remove the classic Zippo insert from its steel case to use it in the PyroVault 2.0.
• Compatible with: Z-plus Butane Extreme 2.0 torches, Thunderbird Single Flame, Thunderbird Vector, Blazer Top-Z Dual Flame Butane, Blazer Top-Z Dual Flame, the Power Practical Sparkr insert for Zippo lighters, Zippo rechargeable electric lighters and Zippo pipe inserts.
• Not compatible: Some butane inserts, other than those for torches, use a spring-loaded cam to open the fuel valve. Since the PyroVault uses its own high-strength opening springs, these inserts are not compatible.

The PyroVault 2.0 does not come with an insert.

The PyroVault 2.0 case accepts a wider range of lighter inserts than the original PyroVault.

Compatibility: Zippo single torch, double torch and yellow flame butane lighters are all compatible with the PyroVault 2.0.

Simply remove the classic Zippo insert from its steel case to use it in the PyroVault 2.0. The Zippo Bit Safe lighter insert is also compatible, as it allows for the storage of bits such as a screwdriver rather than a lighter.
