Generous pouch designed to store medical equipment and keep it within easy reach. It includes a removable elasticated insert, where dressings, ampoules and first aid equipment can be arranged in a chosen order. It is VIS compatible, so additional inserts can be added to customise the internal layout. A reflective element on the front improves visibility, while a Versastretch pocket—a four-way stretch fabric made from 93% nylon and 7% elastane—holds gloves, allowing them to be taken out without opening the pouch. It is the larger version of the SAR Medium, designed to be positioned beneath it on a vest. Made in Poland.
