Princeton Tec Vizz Tactical MPLS

Five hundred and fifty lumens on a single CR123A. The Vizz Tactical is the most powerful headlamp in the range, and it retains the discrete modes that make the brand so appealing.

Five LEDs

One Maxbright white LED for power, and four Ultrabright LEDs - red, blue, green, and infrared - for everything else.

The four modes

• Low color (red, blue, green): 10 lm, range 8 m, 30 hours
• Low white: 35 lm, range 32 m, 50 hours
• High narrow white: 550 lm, range 78 m, 4 hours
• Infrared, invisible to the naked eye, for use with night vision equipment

The 35 lm lasting 50 hours is the mode used most often: the 550 lm is for identification, not for walking.

Mounting

Integrated Princeton Tec versatile mounting system: PALS/Molle platforms, ARC and Picatinny rails. An adjustable tilting mount sets the beam angle.

The body

Impact-resistant, injection-molded polymer. IPX4 rating: rain and splashes.

One CR123A battery or its rechargeable equivalent. Controlled by a rubberized button on top.
