Princeton Tec
Princeton Tec Switch Rail MPLS
The only one of the three Switches rated waterproof, not just rain-resistant. This is what sets it apart in the family, and that is rarely expensive.
Two sources
- Red Ultrabright LED: 10 lumens, 36 hours. Enough for close-up work without ruining your night vision or your stealth.
- Infrared LED: invisible to the naked eye, for use with night vision equipment.
The mounting
Princeton Tec versatile mounting system: PALS/Molle platforms, Picatinny rails, and inverted rails.
What it can take
Body made of impact-resistant, injection-molded polymer. IPX7 rating: it is rated waterproof, not just rain-resistant.
The controls
A single button on top, which turns it on and cycles through the modes.
Powered by two 2016 batteries. Signature reduction, night navigation: this is what it is designed for.
