Nimrod Ammo Box - Medium

The format that fits in a bag. This is the medium version of the Nimrod box, for what you carry rather than what you store.

The volume

290 x 130 x 180 mm interior, or about 6.8 liters - roughly half the large format. Enough for magazines, BBs, batteries, a maintenance kit.

The airtight seal

The manufacturer claims it is airtight. For small gear sensitive to moisture - ammunition, batteries, optics, electronics - this is the feature that justifies the purchase.

The material

Durable, injection-molded polymers. A single-piece shell that protects against impacts and the elements.

Weight and sturdiness

Construction claimed to be lightweight and sturdy: this is the intended compromise, and it is what one expects from a box that is moved frequently.
