In first aid, what matters is time and the safety of the person providing assistance. This kit combines a dedicated pouch with the Universal Med Insert, allowing you to organize the basic kit as desired rather than by necessity: gloves, compresses, bandages, disinfectant, trauma shears. The pouch opens with a two-way zipper. Inside, a hook-and-loop panel secures the insert, along with two elastic loops, two paracord loops, and a drawstring mesh pocket. The insert opens from the sides: with one motion, the entire kit is visible, without having to open anything else or move items to reach what is underneath. It is red, and reflective elements—a medical cross and a handle—make it easy to spot in low light or during the chaos of an intervention. Detachable belt, three straps, and an elastic cord at the bottom, compatible with MOLLE/PALS.
