Below paracord and the Tactical 275, there is still a need: for strong, truly thin string, in quantity. Micro Cord is 1.18 mm in diameter with 100 lbs of resistance (46 kg) and comes on a reusable plastic spool, which avoids a tangled mess at the bottom of your bag. Thirty-eight meters for 39 grams. Its uses are those of technical string: knife handle wrapping, guy lines, setting snares, makeshift fishing line, temporary seam repair, bag closure. It is colorfast and resistant to UV rays as well as mold. Like the other cords in the range, it is not intended for human safety.
