Hydrapak
Hydrapak Seeker 2L
Two liters of water that fit in a pocket once drunk. That is the whole point of a flexible reservoir compared to a rigid bottle: it only takes up space when you are using it.
The material does the work
The body is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), reinforced with polypropylene and nylon. Flexible when empty, it flattens and rolls up; when full, it holds its 2,000 ml without deforming.
The seams are not glued but high-frequency welded. This is the first point to fail on a flexible reservoir, and that is where the lifespan is determined.
The cap won't get lost
42 mm screw opening made of polypropylene, wide enough to fill quickly and to insert your hand for drying. The cap is attached by a loop: it won't fall into the stream or pick up dirt while you're filling up.
Hang it wherever you want
A side handle with two attachment points, and a ring handle on the cap. Plenty of options to carry it by hand, hang it in a tent, or strap it to a pack.
For camp cooking for two, a bivouac, or a car stash, it does the same job as a rigid jerrycan while taking up ten times less space on the way back.
