Hydrapak Hydrafusion

The tube is the part that ruins a hydration bladder. It heats up in the sun, it drips in the pack, and it is rarely replaced. The Hydrafusion addresses all three points.

Insulation

An insulating sleeve surrounds the tube. It protects the water from temperature spikes and drops - in other words, the sip you take after two hours in the sun is no longer lukewarm.

The valve

High-flow Blaster bite valve. It is self-sealing, can be operated with one hand, and includes a dust cover.

It also features a torsion bar: a quarter-turn closes the circuit. This is the safety feature that prevents finding a soaked pack after a fall.

Dimensions

914 mm long - 36 inches - and 6.35 mm inner diameter, the standard quarter-inch.

The connector

Plug-N-Play compatible: it disconnects from the bladder without emptying it, which allows for refilling without removing the entire system from the pack.
