Hydrapak Arcticfusion

In extreme cold, it's not the reservoir that freezes first, it's the tube. A few millimeters of water exposed to the air, and the system is clogged for the day. The Arcticfusion is built to prevent this.

Reinforced insulation

The sleeve is heavily insulated, and its function is precise: to protect the water from freezing. This is what distinguishes it from the Hydrafusion, whose sheath buffers temperature fluctuations without targeting extreme cold.

The Phaser valve

Angled, making it easier to reach from a shoulder strap. Self-sealing, operable with one hand, and protected by a dust cap.

Most importantly, the valve itself is insulated. It’s the detail that counts: the mouthpiece, being more exposed than the rest, is the first part to freeze.
