Modular front flap for the Guardian plate carrier, which transforms the front of the vest into a magazine pouch. It attaches via two buckles and hook-and-loop strips. The integrated pocket is divided into three sections, each calibrated for one AR, AK47, or AK74 system magazine. The magazines are retained from the top by an elastic cord with non-slip tabs, which can be operated while wearing gloves. The surface of the flap features a MOLLE/PALS modular system of six columns by three rows, and side loops woven with elastic cord accommodate additional equipment. Non-slip tabs are sewn into the bottom corners for effortless detachment of the flap.
