The Field version of the Guardian dangler pouch, in infrared-treated PL Woodland camouflage. It mounts under the front flap of the plate carrier using a removable hook-and-loop panel: the central position maintains alignment with the body and does not unbalance the gear. 1.2 liters of added space without modifying the vest configuration, featuring an internal organizer and a zippered pocket. The DWR-treated 500D Cordura withstands repeated loading, heavy equipment, and ground contact. Field items, in PL Woodland camouflage, are NIR-treated, also known as IRR: the visible fabrics and components are selected to absorb, reflect, and transmit near-infrared radiation in the same way as undergrowth, which reduces the silhouette's contrast under a night vision device. Each material is checked by spectrophotometer in the laboratory and in the field.
