Prodigy Serrated Knife
The compact format of a survival knife, without compromising its construction. The Prodigy adopts the design principles of the LMF II in a 10-inch overall length.
The blade
Full tang - the steel runs through the entire handle, which is what holds up under prying or striking. American 420HC stainless steel, with a ceramic coating that improves corrosion resistance and reduces its visual signature.
The handle
Overmolded rubber, with an ergonomic shape. It remains grippable when wet, gloved, or cold, which is the only criterion that matters for a handle.
The sheath
Ballistic nylon with a friction thumb lock: the knife releases with a single motion and won't fall out on its own. A soft molded lining dampens noise when drawing.
It is MOLLE compatible and comes with its leg strap.
Both the knife and the sheath are stated to be MIRS compliant by the manufacturer.
