Same bag as the Essential Kitbag in Cordura, but in a nylon-polyester blend with a softer drape. It is designed to hold a complete survival kit: canteen with cup, folding stove, flashlight, compass, rope, sewing kit, each in its own pocket. It can be worn over the shoulder, on the belt, or attached via MOLLE/PALS to a backpack. The back sleeve can hold a folding saw, knife, or small axe, and the volume can be reduced with hook-and-loop straps when lightly loaded. Additional pockets can be attached to the front.
