This accessory changes the way a compressor cooler is used. Without a battery, it depends on a wall socket or a cigarette lighter, and every engine stop becomes a countdown. With it, it becomes autonomous: you can place it on the beach, under a shelter, next to the tent, and the cold continues. It clips onto Glacier 35, 45, and 55 liter models and recharges at the same time as the cooler when it's plugged in, so it's always full when you set off.
