The COUGAR is an urban softshell designed for plainclothes duty. Its Shark Skin fabric blocks wind and repels light rain, with four-way stretch that does not restrict movement. Three concealed identification panels—two on the front and one large one on the back—deploy when you need to identify yourself and disappear the rest of the time; two blank Velcro panels are included for you to have your markings embroidered. The Quick Side Access system opens the side via a dedicated zipper to reach your belt weapon without opening the jacket.
