Belt pouch sized for most compass models, or for survival kit items. Using the MOLLE/PALS system, it can also be attached to straps, sleeves, platforms, and chest rigs, such as the Numbat chest pack. Its construction, reinforced with special foam, and its adjustable 20 mm buckle flap provide real protection for its contents, which is no small matter for a compass. An internal riveted eyelet allows the compass to be attached to the pouch so it cannot fall out when opened. It can also hold small survival gear, such as a SCOUT-type fire starter kit.
