Clawgear Switzerland Flag Patch

No multi-colored version here. This flag only exists in Desert and RAL7013 - two low-visibility monochrome treatments.

What this means

The Swiss flag is a white cross on a red background: maximum contrast, designed to be seen from afar. When rendered in monochrome, the design remains perfectly identifiable up close, but ceases to be a bright color spot on the silhouette.

This is a product range choice consistent with use on field gear. If you are looking for the real-color version, this is not the reference.

A flag, not a patch

Clawgear also offers the word itself, in patch format: Switzerland Tab and Suisse Tab (€5.90), as well as their Small Tab versions (€4.90). The flag is read at a glance, the patch is read like text - two different placements and two different uses.

The square format is demanding

On a centered cross, the slightest asymmetry is immediately noticeable. The high-resolution weave maintains right angles and consistent branch thickness, where embroidery rounds off edges.

Velcro doesn't damage anything

The hook on this series only adheres to female velcro surfaces and does not destroy knitted fabrics or sewing threads.
