Clawgear Protector Plate Carrier

A plate carrier designed to be discreet. The Protector is based on the Operator and Raider models, but every design choice is geared towards a low-profile and plainclothes missions.

What sets it apart from other Clawgear models

Two distinct differences: an integrated admin pouch on the front, and a smooth back panel with no attachments. Nothing protrudes from the back, which makes all the difference when worn under a jacket or against a seatback.

The PALS flap, and its second use

The front flap offers standard space for three rifle magazines. It attaches with detachable 25mm buckles, concealed under the admin pouch, but can also be permanently mounted without them to further reduce thickness.

Detached, this same flap can be mounted on a four-point harness and becomes a small chest rig. One piece, two configurations.

Plates

Designed for 10x12 inch, SAPI Small, and SAPI Medium formats. The mounting options are multiple and adjustable, allowing the position to be adapted according to the mission. The carrying components are easily replaceable.

Comfort

Low-profile stretch elastic cummerbunds: they follow the torso and allow breathability, without adding bulk. Quick-release shoulder buckles as standard equipment.
