Clawgear
Clawgear Italian Flag Patch
Three versions, two uses. The Multicolor displays true colors; the Desert and RAL7013 versions use the same pattern in discreet monochrome.
Color or discretion
A colorful flag is visible and readable from afar - which is exactly what's needed for identification. A low-visibility version retains the pattern but blends it into the outfit: the patch remains identifiable up close, without creating a point of contrast on the silhouette.
Many users have both and switch according to context, which is made immediate by the Velcro.
Woven, not embroidered
The vertical tricolor requires two clear separation lines. Weaving makes them sharp; embroidery makes them jagged. The patch is also thinner and lighter than an embroidered equivalent.
Velcro does not ruin underlayers
The hook of this series only adheres to female Velcro surfaces and does not snag knitted mesh or sewing threads.
