Clawgear Hydration Carrier Core 3L
The walls are lined with foam. This is what distinguishes this hydration carrier from a simple sleeve: the foam absorbs impacts before they reach the hydration bladder.
Why it matters
A full hydration bladder is a flexible, three-kilogram volume. Pressed against an unprotected plate carrier, it absorbs every lean against a wall, every fall to the ground, every vehicle ride. A puncture during an operation means lost water reserves and a soaked back.
The internal loop
An internal loop allows the hydration bladder to be suspended from the top. When suspended, it maintains its shape and empties evenly. If placed at the bottom, it sags and forms an air pocket that cuts off suction.
The Velcro flap
Velcro closure at the top. Access is immediate - for quick refilling or removing the hydration bladder, you don't open a full-height zipper.
What the dimensions say
40 x 20 x 2.5 cm for 260 g empty. The format is that of a plate carrier or harness back panel. Two and a half centimeters deep when flat: it's a 3-liter bladder that provides the volume, not the container.

On any PALS surface, as an extension of a plate carrier or harness.
