Clawgear
Clawgear Great Britain Flag Patch
This is the most complex design in the entire series. Three superimposed crosses, diagonals, borders, and an asymmetry that almost no one notices.
This flag has meaning
The white diagonal stripes are not centered on the red ones: they are wider on one side than the other. As a result, there is a top and a bottom, and putting it on upside down is the classic mistake.
The rule: on the flagpole side - to the left when looking at the patch - the wide white stripe must be above the red stripe.
Why the process matters here
Superimposing three crosses requires thin borders: each red diagonal is framed in white along its entire length, a few millimeters thick at this scale. Embroidery, which works with thick threads, closes these borders and blurs the superposition.
High-resolution weaving keeps the borders separate and gives the diagonals a clean line, despite an orthogonal weave.
Three versions
Multicolor for the actual colors, Desert and RAL7013 for two monochrome treatments. Please note: in monochrome, only the design remains - this is where the thinness of the borders ensures readability.
Velcro preserves textiles
The hook on this series only adheres to female velcro surfaces and does not damage knitwear or seams.
