Clawgear 5.56mm Open Double Mag Pouch Core

Two magazines side by side, in a single pouch. A 17-centimeter wide block that replaces two single pouches and eliminates the wasted space between them.

The pull tab

The elastic cord that secures the magazines is equipped with a tab. You grab it to release the magazines, without fumbling for a bare elastic with your fingertips - a movement that works with gloves and without looking.

The non-slip panel

Inside, a panel holds the magazines by friction. The cord works for security, the panel for ongoing retention. An empty magazine does not rattle any more than a full one.

AR15, AUG and AK magazines, in both 5.56 and 5.45. One pouch, most common platforms.

Single: 13 x 8.5 x 2.5 cm, 80 g, one magazine.
