Clawgear 5.56mm Mag Pouch LC

The laminated version of the single magazine pouch. Laser-cut, no sewn webbing: the pouch remains flat against its support.

The Pull Tab

The elastic retention cord is adjustable and equipped with a pull tab. This is gripped to release the magazine – a movement that works with gloves, without fumbling for a bare elastic with fingertips.

Compared to the Core Version

The 5.56mm Open Single Mag Pouch Core does the same job for €16.90, with sewn PALS webbing and an internal non-slip panel. This LC version costs €8 more for a laser-cut laminate: no hem, no extra bulk, a slimmer profile against the plate carrier.

For a single pouch, the difference is debatable. For a row of four, the cumulative thickness is noticeable.

Compatibility

AR15, AUG, and AK magazines, in both 5.56 and 5.45. One magazine per pouch.
