Clawgear 2-Way Tourniquet Pouch

A tourniquet pouch that opens regardless of the available hand. In an injury situation, the dominant hand is not always the one that can act: the 2-Way Tourniquet Pouch is designed for this.

The double flap

Two flaps protect the tourniquet from abrasion and allow access to it regardless of the pouch's position, orientation, or the hand used. This is the essential function of the product: a tourniquet that can only be reached from one side is only half effective.

Two independent mounting options

Standard PALS, in a vertical position, on a vest or plate carrier.

Double-sided velcro straps, for direct attachment to the belt, in a horizontal position. This second method is particularly aimed at two-piece tactical belts, where the velcro firmly holds the pouch between the inner and outer belt.
