Blue Force Gear RED Rapid Emergency Detachment Swivel 1 Inch

A swivel that releases in an emergency. That is its only function, and it's the one that matters the day the sling becomes the problem.

What it is used for

The RED Swivel - Rapid Emergency Detachment - allows you to detach from your weapon immediately: emergency vehicle egress, sling caught on an obstacle, or any situation where you need to get free rather than untie a knot.

It is a true emergency release, not just a push-button swivel repurposed for an unintended use.

It can also be used with the Burnsed Socket to make a sling convertible between one and two points.
