Blue Force Gear Molle Mounted Micro Trauma Kit NOW!

The same trauma pouch, in a MOLLE mount. And just like the belt version, it is sold empty: no medical consumables are included.

What you receive

The pouch alone, 103 g, with its patented Helium Whisper attachment, compatible with all MOLLE platforms.

Why this format

The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! is sized for miniaturized trauma components. The idea is to fit on a plate carrier or vest without taking up the space of a full IFAK.

Ambidextrous opening

It opens with either hand. With emergency equipment, that is the difference between a pouch you open and a pouch you rip off.

Made in the USA, limited lifetime warranty.
