AE 31-S Security Headset Midland Connector

The transparent earpiece used by security teams, for sixteen euros. It is the accessory that turns a walkie-talkie into a discreet communication device.

What makes it discreet

The transparent earpiece is barely visible in the ear, and the elastic cord runs under the collar. It is the standard setup for concealed carry, worn under a jacket or uniform.

Controls

• PTT button, for manual transmission
• VOX, for voice-activated transmission when your hands are full

Having both means you don't have to choose: PTT when you want to control what is sent, VOX when you can't let go.

Fit

A stabilizing clip secures the cord to your clothing. Without it, the weight of the cable eventually pulls the earpiece out of your ear.

Connector

Version with a straight connector, Midland type. Check the jack on your radio: pin configurations vary from one brand to another.

Low profile, with one ear free to hear what is happening around you.
