The Brew Company is a specialty coffee roaster based in Middelfart, Denmark. Its coffees are selected and artisanally roasted in Denmark, with a focus on traceability and small-scale producers.

Its invention, the Coffeebrewer, is a pouch that already contains ground coffee: you pour hot water in, wait, and serve—somewhere between a French press and filter coffee. The system is patented and designed for hiking, camping, fishing, or travel.

At Outpost, the collection brings together Coffeebrewers with coffees from Rwanda, Tanzania, and Guatemala, easy to carry in your bag for real coffee at the campsite.

It also includes single-origin whole bean coffees from Peru, Rwanda, Nicaragua, Kenya, Colombia, and India, as well as Earl Grey tea and green tea.
