Petzl

Petzl Collection - headlamps and rope progression

Petzl is a French company based in Isère, at the foot of the Chartreuse mountains. It was built on two core businesses that go hand in hand: headlamps and vertical progression equipment.

Headlamps, first of all, because a handheld flashlight means one less hand available. The Bindi pushes miniaturization to the point where you forget you're wearing it, while the Aria prioritizes a wide beam and comfort during prolonged use.

Vertical equipment, next. The Falcon and Top harnesses are designed for rescue and rope access work, Ascension and Tibloc ascenders for climbing, the Nano Traxion pulley for hauling, and Triact-Lock carabiners for triple-action locking.

This part of the catalog falls under personal protective equipment: selection, inspection, and implementation require training appropriate to the intended use.
