MAXTRAX Collection - Sand Ladders
MAXTRAX was born in Australia from a mishap. Its founder, Brad McCarthy, almost lost his vehicle when it became bogged on a remote beach in northern Queensland, with the incoming tide catching up to him. He then came up with the idea of a lightweight and sturdy sand ladder to get himself out of this type of situation alone.
The brand has belonged to the American group Clarus since 2021. It has established itself as the benchmark for sand ladders for overlanding and off-roading.
The collection brings together the MKII ladders, the flagship model, in several colors including the signature orange, the Xtreme for heavy vehicles and extreme conditions, and the more compact Mini models.
All are sold in pairs. The mounting pins, in a set of four, allow them to be mounted on a roof rack or a support.
