Dometic

Dometic Collection - Travel Gear

The story of Dometic begins in 1922, when two Swedish engineering students, Carl Munters and Baltzar von Platen, invented a refrigerator without a compressor or moving parts, which produces cooling from a heat source. The Electrolux group bought the invention and sold it worldwide.

The name Dometic, derived from the English word "domestic", appeared in the 1960s for motorhome equipment. The company became independent in 2001 and is headquartered in Solna, near Stockholm. It also owns the Front Runner brand.

At Outpost, the collection mainly brings together Thermo Bottle insulated bottles in several sizes, Thermo Tumbler mugs, a wine tumbler and a coffee mug, which keep drinks hot or cold for hours.

It also includes the 20-liter GO Soft Storage soft storage bag and sliding trays for the back of a 4x4.
