• The PicoPen Ti offers an unbelievable list of features for a titanium pen in it's price range:

  • Overall Length (including cap): 107mm [4.21"] long. Pen body ONLY is 7.0mm [0.276"] in diameter and 93mm [3.66"] long (plus refill tip)
  • Weight (complete assembly): 0.55 ounces [15.6 grams]
  • Weight (pen with refill only): 0.40 ounces [11.5 grams]
  • Material: Cap, body and rear plug are machined from 6Al-4V titanium. Front pen retainer is machined from stainless steel for magnet attachment
  • Finish: Tumbled to a uniform semi-stonewashed finish
  • Ink refill is a standard Zebra F-Refill (also available on our web site)
  • The cap contains a neodymium rare earth magnet that holds the pen in place. To remove the pen, simply pull it from the cap
  • The front and rear pen body end plugs are designed with integrated O-rings for secure retention, preventing accidental unscrewing
  • Ink refill replacement is simple, unscrew the rear plug and remove/replace the refill

Replacing the refill is a very simple process:

1. Unscrew the rear tube plug
2. Remove the old refill (with the spring)
3. Install the new refill (with the spring)
4. Thread the rear plug back into the tube
