2/ CUSTOMER ADDRESS (Very important)
- Please make sure the shipping address you have provided into your PayPal account is 100% correct and that it is your current address.
- Do not contact us asking to ship to an alternate address. As per PayPal's policy, we are ONLY permitted to ship to the address provided in your PayPal account.
- If you provide an incorrect or old address with your order and the package ends up being returned to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee to have the package re-shipped to your updated/correct address, as the incorrect address would not be our fault - we simply copy & paste the EXACT address you provide onto our shipment labels.
- If the package ends up lost, damaged or stolen in transit as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
- If your package is returned to us because you failed to pick up the package from your local post office/customs department in time, you will also be responsible for a re-shipping fee. We will not take any losses for issues that are not our fault. We simply fill your order and ship to the address you provide.

- Postal charges are offered from a minimum amount (99€). Only with the carrier Mondial Relay, if you not see it your are not eligible for free shipping.
- All products submitted by our warehouses abroad (England and United States) are not affected by supply Shipping offered.
Many carriers will be offered to you like Mondial Relay, Relay Coli, Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL etc ... All offers a tracking except the priority letter without tracking. The priority letter without tracking is only available for products up to 3 cm high, the priority letter without tracking is the cheapest of the carriers but does not contain any insurance. If your order is lost or damaged no remedy is possible and no refund will be possible.
In accordance with Articles L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without any reasons or pay penalties except, where applicable, the cost of return.

- Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund or exchange.
- Returns are free of charge if the product (s) have a manufacturing defect or if we mistakenly reference the size or color, otherwise the return is at your expense and the fee below is' applied. You can always send your product with your own carrier.
- The article is at your own risk, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service which provides the value of the goods.
- International Return, be advised we are in Europe, all internantional return may be taxed by our customs. All fees are on your charge, if charge apllied we will contact you before, if you accept all fees wil be deducted to your inital refund. If not we will decline the package and come back to you.
